Lee Tidman, CANP
Owner and Injection Specialist, Lee Tidman welcomes you to Blue Ridge Skin and Laser:
"One facet of my life is dedicated to preventive care. I believe
in lifestyle changes, goal setting and helping people in a more rounded way. I
try to give good advice and problem solve while leading by example. I love to
promote wellness and health and inspire people to take charge of preventive
care. I believe in listening to my patients. I want to make a difference in how
someone experiences self, problems and life. I try to be the best I can and help
people to do likewise. I have a progressive approach to women's issues and
healthcare in general."
Lee Tidman is a Certified Adult Nurse
Practitioner (CANP) and licensed APRN (Georgia Board of Nursing). With her
husband, Dr. Raymond Tidman, she opened Blue Ridge Skin and Laser in 2002. Lee
trained at the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota earning her BSN
degree. Lee furthered her nursing training with a Masters at St. Catherine in
the Accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program. Already with years of nursing
experience, Lee's devotion to continued education took her to Georgia State
University (Atlanta, GA) where she obtained her MS degree in a Nurse
Practitioner program.
Lee’s true passion is for skincare and
cosmetic rejuvenation. That is what led her to open Blue Ridge Skin and Laser
with her husband 8 years ago. She has extensive training and experience with
Botox and dermal filler injectables, including Radiesse, Juvederm, Restylane and
Perlane.
In her 25 years plus as CANP, Lee has
acted as Receptor and Lecturer in Nurse Practitioner programs and assisted in
the development of a lecture series in Cardiac Rehabilitation. Lee's role as NP
educator extends to the community where she has held health clinics that focus
on health maintenance and patient education. Her commitments to the community
are long standing and include such services as: coordinator of a diabetes
support group, senior citizens workshop, youth group mission director, and
cancer support group among others.
Lee has held professional memberships
with the American Heart Association Board, North Georgia Counseling Advisory
Board, and North Georgia Crisis Network Board.
Tara Williams

Director
Tara Williams began working at Blue Ridge Skin and Laser in March 2011.
Tara obtained her Associates degree in Business through the University of
Phoenix. She believes new jobs, new
hobbies, and new life experiences bring on new things to learn and grow from.
Her love of beauty treatments and products began to flourish when she was
employed at an upscale salon and day spa in Charlotte, NC 10 years ago. She
looks forward to, once again, delving into the science of skincare to help you
get the most out of your daily skincare and beauty regimen.

Aesthetician
Since
beginning with Blue Ridge Skin and Laser in 2003, Donna performs
microdermabrasion,
peels, laser hair removal,
and Photo Facials.
Donna
has an in depth knowledge of anti-aging techniques and how to combat hormonal
changes as they affect the skin. She has a strong understanding of prescription
strength product lines and how to best tailor them to meet her client’s needs.
Katrina Smelt
European Aesthetician
Katrina is originally from London, England and has lived in
the US for 27 years. She graduated from the Ramsay Career Institute in
Deerfield Beach, Florida in 1993. Katrina owned her own Skincare Spa in
Boca Rotan, Florida until she moved to the mountains in 2006.
She brings a wealth of knowledge in holistic skincare to
Riverstone, specializing in European Facials
& Peels. Katrina is always happy to
consult with you about your skin concerns & recommended treatments & products
tailored to your skin.
