Tretonion
 

Tretinoin gel is a medication used to treat acne vulgaris. Tretinoin is intended for topical use only, never for ophthalmic, oral or intravaginal use. Tretinoin cream contains 0.1% or 0.05% tretinoin for topical treatment of acne vulgaris.  The recommended usage of Tretinoin is once a day, in the evening, directly on the skin where acne lesions appear, using enough to cover the entire affected area lightly.
